Drone View of Construction Progress for Chicago’s First Multi-Story Warehouse at 1237 W. Division
Construction is well underway at 1237 W. Division, a new 11.5-acre multi-story warehouse development in Chicago. Led by developer Logistics Property Company, LLC, the project is set to deliver in the Summer of 2024 and will feature the city’s first multi-story warehouse.
Helios Visions, a drone services company, has provided a 360-degree drone view of the construction progress, giving us a glimpse of the exciting new development. The general contractors for the project are The Walsh Group and Riteway-Huggins Construction.

Architectural, civil engineering, and structural engineering services are being provided by Ware Malcomb, V3 Companies, and DCI Engineering. Leasing for the development is being handled by JLL.
The project is being closely watched by 27th Ward Alderman Walter Burnett, who has expressed excitement about the new development and its potential to bring jobs and economic growth to the area. The LEED® Silver certified 1237 W. Division promises to be a sustainable and innovative addition to the city’s warehouse landscape.
